Sacristans prepare the altar for all Masses, including weddings and funerals. Sacristans prepare the hosts and wine, set-up the Credence table with the ciborium and chalices, and are responsible for laundering all linens, albs and vestments used, and setting up books used by the Priests and Lectors. The Sacristans maintain a clean sacristy and sanctuary.
