When we discover that there is a God who loves us unconditionally, we experience peace and joy as we surrender to God’s embrace. No matter the reason we stopped practicing our Catholic Faith, he is running out to meet us in the sacrament of Penance. “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 8:5).
