Confirmation One for the Catholic High School Student
For students who have received Baptism, Reconciliation and Eucharist and are at least sophomores
attending a Catholic High School.
Program Overview
Catholic High School teens who have received the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, and First Eucharist and who are in 10th grade (or above) in a Catholic high school attend an abbreviated schedule of classes in their first year.
Schedule for Confirmation One (commonly referred to as "Con 1") for Catholic High School students is communicated at Registration.
Teens experience stewardship by completing Service Projects in their first year of Confirmation Preparation. They select and bond with their sponsor and Confirmation Saint in their first year. They must participate in a weekend retreat experience.
Program Requirements
To enroll, parents must provide a copy of the teen's birth, baptismal, and first communion certificates.
To successfully complete their first year of Confirmation preparation, Con 1 Catholic High Schools students may have no more than 3 absences.
Since Con 1 Catholic High School students only have 8 classes, any more than three absences will cause the teen to be dropped from the program.
All students are required to attend a Protecting God's Children course.
Parents along with the teen sign and agree to a Code of Conduct.

All parents should be attending Mass on a weekly basis. Parents are required to attend:
